Slide troops so three of the same gem stack up. Vertical lines charge an attack; rows raise a defensive wall.

One clever move can spark several formations at once — combos refund actions, so a single turn snowballs into a storm.

Is Vexbound really free?

Completely free. The story campaign and Quick Battle need no account, and ranked online play is free too — there's nothing to buy and no pay-to-win.

Is Vexbound pay-to-win?

No. There's no premium currency, no loot boxes and nothing to purchase. Every player has access to the same factions, heroes, champions and spells — wins come from strategy, not your wallet.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Vexbound runs straight in your browser on phone, tablet or desktop. If you want, you can add it to your home screen and it behaves like a native app.

Do I need an account?

Only for ranked online duels, where you sign in with Google or Discord. Campaign and Quick Battle work right away as a guest.

Is my progress saved?

Campaign progress is saved on your device. With an account, your profile and ranking are stored in the cloud so you can play across devices.

How does online multiplayer work?

Challenge a friend with a room code, or get matched against the world. Every win and loss moves your ELO on the global leaderboard — one ranking per player.

What platforms are supported?

Any modern browser — Android, iOS, Windows, macOS and Linux. Dedicated mobile and desktop builds are on the roadmap.

Can I play offline?

Yes. The story campaign and Quick Battle against the AI run fully offline once the game has loaded — no connection needed. Only ranked online duels require the internet.
